PENTLAND LAND ROVER CUPAR WERE AT THE BALCORMO RACES

SPRING / SUMMER EVENTS

Pentland Land Rover Cupar, was proud to appear at the 2017 Balcormo Races - Fife Point to Point!

On Saturday 29th April, we headed out into the countryside in aid of the Balcormo Races - the UK's most northerly point-to-point meeting for amateur horse racing over fences.

We displayed a collection of cars - The new Discovery, Discovery Sport, Range Rover, Range Rover Sport and the car that started it all - the Defender - for all the spectators to view.

Inside our Marquee, we had the lovely duo - Bonnie and James - from Bonnie Mountain serving heavenly home brewed coffee from the inside of a Defender - doesn't get much more cooler than that!

The day kicked off, with a celebrity appearance from Grand National Winner - One For Arthur - who paraded round the paddock, well and truly enjoying the attention from the crowd.

Pentland Land Rover were proud sponsors of the Mens Open Race.

As part of being Sponsors, Fraser Thornhill, Head of Business of Pentland Land Rover Cupar, and Sarah-Jane McNaughton, Show Room Host, were given the opportunity to pick the best in show.

All the Kings Horses, who was ridden by Mr. J Alexander, was chosen as best in show. This may have acted as a good luck charm, as the Horse went on to win the Mens Open Race by a landslide.

Fraser Thornhill, then presented the Prize to a very happy Mr. J Alexander - who will be leaving with a big smile on his face.

Pentland Land Rover would like to thank all their customers, friends and spectators for making our time at the Balcormo Races very enjoyable! We look forward to seeing you next year!
