The Kodiaq is a terrific SUV, with all the room you'd expect of a large family car, excellent driving manners and lots of equipment, all for a tempting price. "If you're in the market for a seven-seater, it should definitely be on your list." says The Telegraph. It's difficult to argue with that! We highlighted five features that make the ŠKODA Kodiaq perfect for any family adventures.
At 4.70m long, the Kodiaq is able to accommodate seven people thanks to the optional third row of seats. However, the Kodiaq is much more than a people carrier, with the second row of seats able to be folded in a 60:40 ratio and even moved forward by 18cm to provide even more seating options.
With a boot volume of up to 2,065 litres, with the rear seats folded down, the Kodiaq offers the largest boot within its class. If the optional folding passenger seat is chosen, the SUV can transport items up to 2.80m long. An electrically operated tailgate is also available.
The Kodiaq comes brimming with technological features, both as standard and as optional extras. Whether you need the model to keep you in touch on the move, be your navigator, play your favourite music or guide you into a tricky parking space the Kodiaq is designed with you in mind.
There are more than 30 Simply Clever features inside the Kodiaq, each offering practical and convenient assistance in everyday life. These include the door-edge protection to prevent bumps and scratches, electric child safety lock, in-car communication and sleep head-rests.
Two TDI and three TSI engines make up the Kodiaq engine range, with capacities of 1.4 and 2.0 litres, while the power output ranges from 125 to 190 PS. Whichever engine you choose, efficiency is maximised thanks to driving mode select, brake energy recovery and a start-stop system.
