Our fully-trained Motability specialist is on-hand to assist you with any queries you may have.
Once you have chosen your vehicle from a selection of Volkswagen vehicles our Motability trained specialist will help you to complete your application form and if you wish, arrange a test drive.
In order to complete your Motability car transaction you will need to bring:
- Your Driving Licence and Aware Entitlement Notice
- Proof of Address, such as a recent utility bill
- Driving Licenses for other named drivers
- Details of any vehicular accidents involving either you or your named drivers in the last five years, and
- Details of any driving convictions concerning either you or your named drivers
Thereafter, your Motability Specialist will submit your application to Motability Operations for processing.
When it's time to collect your new car
When you first apply for a Motability vehicle at Specialist Cars Volkswagen your Motability Specialist will if necessary, provide you with Form CP50 [which directs your payment straight to Motability Operations]. You will be required to have this form stamped and safe-dated by the DWP and then you must deliver it to your dealer before collecting your new car.
