Keeping You Up To Date

Following the First Minister’s most recent lockdown announcement on Monday 4 January, we wanted to offer further reassurance that we remain open and here to help in whatever capacity you may require. If you have an existing service or repair booking, need to book one in the near future, want to arrange a sales appointment or are due to collect your next new car, please refer to the guidance below when visiting us.

Service and Booking Repairs

If you already have a workshop booking at one of our centres, our customer engagement team will be in contact with you to re-confirm your booking and appointment time. If you feel you cannot bring your vehicle into us, we are extending our collection and delivery service, so please do let us know and we will endeavour to accommodate this for you. Obviously, all drivers will follow our strict sanitisation protocols and all vehicles will be sanitised prior to handover. Further information on this can be found on our website.

What About Our Sales Departments?

Whilst our showrooms are closed, if you have an existing appointment with a member of our sales team, they will be in touch to explain the options available to you. Our external forecourts remain available for you to view our new and used vehicles and discuss options with any of our Sales Consultants (by prior appointment only). We will still be offering virtual appointments for all enquiries as well as Click and Collect and Click and Deliver options, to allow you to take ownership of your new car or van.

Alternatively, you can also visit our website and start your journey online with our Click It-Buy It-Drive It offers. Our dedicated team of online sales specialists are always available to assist and help you find your next car. We can provide you with a valuation for your part exchange, you can view over 3,000 new and used cars, and should you find the car that fits the bill, you can reserve, buy outright, or finance your vehicle of choice without having to leave your house. It is a simple and secure process, but our team are always at the end of the phone to help if you have any questions along the way. Once you have found your next car and completed the transaction, we can then arrange a ‘contactless handover’ at any of our centres. Alternatively, we can also arrange for your car to be delivered direct to your home.

Our Protective Measures

As a business, we understand that customers will rightly continue to be cautious about who and where they visit over the coming months. Please rest assured that we remain committed to ensuring our colleagues’ and customers’ safety remains our highest priority. We have a set of stringent protective measures in place that are adhered to rigorously, including hourly showroom sanitisation regimes, mandated used of face coverings throughout our centres and numerous additional protective measures throughout our buildings that we believe will provide you with the necessary peace of mind.
