Daniel Reid, Service Advisor at Specialist Cars Aberdeen, was one of three winners in the UK to receive an award for using VW visual videos to help a customer with a repair, receiving excellent CSS feedback for going the extra mile!
Daniel used the ‘EGR valve’ animation to help a customer understand why a replacement EGR had been diagnosed for their vehicle.
After viewing the animation, the customer said they were pleased to be sent such a detailed explanation showing what was wrong with her vehicle. They proceeded with the repair, which cost £1,200.
The customer was extremely satisfied with the level of customer service she received from the Retailer, and even stated that the repair was great value for money. In fact, she registered ‘extremely satisfied’ across all areas in a customer satisfaction survey (CSS) after the repair and that she would recommend the Retailer to her friends and family.
Daniel was presented with an iTunes voucher in recognition of his hard work.
