We are offering a 71 plate BMW M5 CS that was officially registered in September 2021 and has a current mileage of over 8300 miles. This particular model is highly anticipated as it is part of a restricted production for the 2022 model year.
It's finished in Frozen Deep Green Metallic, a colour unique to the BMW M5 CS, which compliments the Goldbronze detailing of the trim perfectly.
It has BMW manufacturing warranty until September 2024 which has unlimited mileage. This warranty also comes with BMW Roadside Assistance and any work that is necessary must be completed with a trained BMW technician at a BMW Authorised Workshop.
As a BMW Approved Used Car, the M5 CS that we are offering has had an independent check to verify the mileage and vehicle history and full vehicle preparation to pass a strict 360º inspection performed by a qualified BMW Technician.

This is the first ever CS version of the M5 since it was launched in 1985. BMW say that "it delivers everything we love about the BMW M experience, but with more flair and performance than ever before."
It's also the first time that there has been a limited-run, exclusive special edition of the BMW M5 and sets new standards with incredible driving and an appearance that oozes luxury. Read on for more information about what makes the BMW M5 CS so special.
The BMW M5 CS is the most powerful production car that BMW have ever produced with a 4.4 litre V8 all wheel drive engine with TwinPower Turbo technology which supplies a phenomenal 635hp, 10hp more than the M5 Competition.
Diving a little deeper, this is equivalent to 6000rpm and peak torque of 750Nm. Thanks to the M Steptronic transmission with Drivelogic it will take you from 0-62mph in 3.0 seconds before reaching its top speed of 190mph.
The V8 engine has optimised turbochargers which has a maximum injection pressure of 350 bar, allowing for much quicker injection times which in turn improves the atomisation of fuel.
Improvements to the oil supply system, such as using a small front sump and indirect charge air cooling system, betters cooling and lubrication whilst performance whilst accelerating is enhanced by a fully variable, map controlled pump.
What sets the M5 CS aside from the M5 Competition is the bespoke chassis tuning which saw the team retune the bearing springs on the front and rear axle for improved stability, retune the suspension, and anti-roll bars to improve accuracy.
The BMW M5 CS uses carbon fibre extensively throughout the model as it's strong and lightweight, helping to contribute to it's weight being 116kg lighter than the regular M5. In total, the carbon fibre parts make up nearly 70kg of the reduced weight.
The Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastic (CFRP) is used extensively throughout the BMW M5 CS, including making up the entire bonnet which features air vents with applications in exposed carbon fibre. The front splitter, exterior mirror caps, rear spoiler on the boot lid, and the rear diffuser are all made from carbon fibre too.
The M Carbon ceramic brakes are designed to deliver amazing stopping power, durability, and these alone are 23kg more lightweight than the M Compound brakes found on the M5 Competition. These brakes also deliver a reduction in unsprung and rotating masses which improves driving dynamics and suspension comfort. BMW also highlight that they offer better performance, improve fade resistance, still higher thermal stability, and withstand wear exceptionally well.
The chassis has a seven millimetre drop for a lower ride height and uses shock absorbers that were developed initially for the BMW M8 Gran Coupe with enhanced engine mounts that have a spring rating of 900N/mm. This allows the engine to have a stronger connection to the car's overall structure and also helps to give a rapid engine response to transmit power to the drivetrain.
The Frozen Deep Green matte metallic paint is complimented by the Goldbronze detailing, perhaps most noticeable on the 20 inch M forged wheels with a Y-spoke design. Ours also has the gold brake calipers with the M logo, an additional option at point of purchase.
The Goldbronze detailing extends to the kidney grille and M gills at the front of the car whilst along the sides there are gold flashes on the M gills with the M logo. The door sill finishers have illuminated M5 CS badges, there are two heat extractor vents nestled in the bonnet, and at the rear you'll find four stainless steel tailpipes.
Another unique detail has the L-shaped light tubes of the Laser headlights illuminating in yellow instead of white when in low beam, high beam, or when the Welcome Light is being used.
Inside you'll find four individual M Carbon bucket style seats which are exclusive to the BMW M5 CS. These Carbon seats are finished in Merino leather and have the Nürburgring circuit printed on the headrests with contrast Mugello Red stitching and accents.
The large side bolsters keep you seated snugly into them and also have grab handles on each side to help you to manoeuvre your way back out when you reach your destination.
Passengers in the front seats can also take advantage of electric adjustment for height and reach of the steering wheel, lumbar support for the front seats, heated front seats, and the illuminated M5 logo on the headrests is an extra touch that continues to set the M5 CS apart from others.
The driver benefits from an Alcantara steering wheel that's fitted with multifunction controls for the infotainment system and carbon paddle shifters which are perfectly within reach. The headliner is also finished with Alcantara whilst you'll find M5 velour floor mats with bespoke piping at your feet.
