Managed by Sharon Roberts, the team of five work extremely closely with the service team at all of our Jaguar and Land Rover dealerships in Edinburgh, Perth and Cupar to ensure seamless customer communication.
During ownership of your Jaguar or Land Rover model, the Customer Care team will be in touch at key stages throughout to not only understand whether your dealership experience met with your expectations, but also to ensure your vehicle is attended to in terms of maintenance. A customised telephone call at the ‘right time’ is definitely appreciated by our existing customers. Not only because it is a gentle reminder of their cars servicing requirements, but it also means the customer care advisor will organise a convenient booking appointment – making it hassle free for the owner.
