All-New Renault Scénic E-Tech Electric

Camouflaged All-New Renault Scenic on the road

Renault announced their second model to sit in the C-segment electric vehicle market by showing the Scénic Vision concept car at the ChangeNOW Summit in Paris. This will give Renault a comprehensive lineup of fully electric passenger cars that already includes the Mégane E-Tech electric, ZOE and Twingo.

It will give way to the All-new Renault Scénic E-Tech Electric which will be the first production car to embody the brand’s new sustainable development strategy: on environment, safety, and inclusion. The new model will make its full debut at the IAA Mobility 2023 in Munich on September 4th.

Ahead of the launch a fleet of pre-production cars will be tried and tested on the open road by Renault engineers and will be covered by a tailor-made pattern from Renault Design. The play on lines and patterns from the iconic Renault logo creates a dazzle-like camouflage.

The original Renault Scénic first appeared in 1996 as the Megane Scénic and was widely regarded as the first compact MPV in European automotive history. The first four generations were built with the same interior selling points: spacious, filled with useful technology, and incredibly safe. Whilst the All-new Renault Scénic E-Tech Electric will follow these principles too, it will also be entirely reinvented for a new audience.
