"Travelled in to Aberdeen with the intention of buying another make of car but unfortunately when we appeared to another large dealership, nobody came out to attend to us despite loads of salesman walking past us.
My Sister & Parents bought cars from Aberdeen Audi and had a great experience, so we left other said dealership and headed up to AA.
We arrived and within a minute we set eyes on an Audi me and my Husband both loved. Which is unusual as me and my Husband never agree on cars. Salesman (Gordon) was friendly and immediately gathered the keys and offered us a look inside the car followed by a test drive. He was well informed and was able to answer all questions I had. He made a brilliant impression and went above and beyond to ensure we got our old car trade-in value to what we had in mind and our finance options work within our budget. Everything was straight forward at Audi. We were treated as nothing less than a valued customer. The Gent upstairs in the finance department (I can't remember his name - was also accommodating, nothing was a problem and everything was so straight forward)
Despite not having an Audi in mind when we left our home this morning, we left Aberdeen as Audi owners and we cannot wait to collect our new car.
