The 2023 MG HS SUV has a bold new look, with 2 trim levels and distinct design upgrades to the front, rear and interior, whilst still offering excellent value for money, MG trust the new model enough to provide it with the seven year warranty, which is now standard across the MG range.

MG HS Design

The New MG HS compact SUV has seen an extensive redesign, with a more aggressive front end, that is characterised by a brand new grille and bumper design, plus new highlights at the rear, such as revised dual exhaust outlets and LED rear lights. 18" diamond cut alloy wheels come as standard on both models, while a seven colour palette and bi function LED headlights helping the New MG HS to stand out on the road against its main rivals, such as the Nissan Qashqai and Skoda Karoq.

MG HS Interior

The interior quality of the New MG HS has also increased, with sports seats, soft touch materials and a leather steering wheel immediately giving a more premium feel, while the modern design catches the eye. The media display screen sits above the sleek centre console, and a fully digital driver display provides all of the most important information. The MG HS SUV boasts generous boot space, with a capacity of 463 litres with the seats up, increasing to an impressive 1,454 litres with the rear seats folded down.

MG HS Performance

The MG HS is driven by a 1.5 litre petrol engine, producing 162PS with a maximum torque output of 250Nm. Buyers have the choice of a six speed manual gearbox or seven speed dual clutch automatic, with both offering exceptional fuel economy, and up to a WLTP combined consumption figure of 37.9 MPG. There is also a New MG HS PHEV (plug in hybrid) variant available, using electric power and electric motor for an electric only range of up to 44 miles.
