John Clark Motor Group Sponsors Gordon Shedden for 2025 BTCC Season​

John Clark Motor Group are thrilled to announce our sponsorship of Gordon Shedden as he makes his return to the British Touring Car Championship!

The three-time champion announced at the beginning of March that he was returning to the circuit after joining Speedworks Motorsport and will be racing under the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing UK banner.

He will be driving the British-Built Toyota Corolla GR Sport which is prepared and run by Speedworks Motorsport. It has already had 17 BTCC victories, 5 pole positions, and 10 fastest laps and Gordon is aiming to add to these.

Gordon won the series in 2012, 2015, and 2016 and is one of the most decorated drivers in BTCC history with a total of 52 race wins, which would place him fifth against all other BTCC drivers on an all-time winners list.

Gordon already has connections to John Clark Motor Group through his position as Business Development Manager at Knockhill Racing Circuit, where we are a sponsor. It is exciting for us to be able to support Gordon directly as he returns to BTCC.

Gordon will return to the track on 26th April when the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship begins at Donington Park. Everyone at John Clark Motor Group wishes him luck as he prepares for his first race of the season.
