1. Eligibility

• The referrer must be an existing John Clark BYD customer who has received an official BYD key tracker at vehicle handover.
• The referred individual (the “friend”) must be a new customer to John Clark BYD.
• The programme is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

2. How the Programme Works

• The referrer must pass their BYD key tracker to a friend or family member.
• The friend must present the physical key tracker at John Clark BYD at the point of vehicle purchase.
• The friend will receive a discount on their vehicle purchase (discount value determined by John Clark BYD).
• Once the vehicle purchase is completed, the referrer will receive a £250 reward.

3. Reward Payment

• The £250 referral reward will be paid via bank transfer.
• Payment will only be made once the referred customer has taken delivery of their vehicle.
• The referrer may be required to provide valid bank details and proof of identity.
• Payment will typically be processed within 28 days of vehicle handover.

4. Tracker Requirement

• The BYD key tracker must be presented in person at the dealership at the time of order or purchase.
• Failure to present the tracker at the required time may result in the referral being deemed invalid.
• Only original John Clark BYD-issued trackers are valid.

5. Multiple Referrals

• There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make.
• A £250 reward will be issued for each successful and qualifying vehicle purchase.

6. Replacement Tracker

• Following a successful referral, a replacement key tracker will be issued to the referrer.
• John Clark BYD is not responsible for lost or damaged trackers prior to referral.

7. Exclusions

• The programme applies only to new and eligible BYD vehicle purchases from John Clark BYD.
• Fleet, business, or bulk purchases may be excluded at the discretion of John Clark BYD.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other referral schemes unless stated otherwise.
• Self-referrals are not permitted.

8. Right to Amend or Withdraw

• John Clark BYD reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Refer a Friend Programme at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes will not affect referrals already in progress where the tracker has been presented.

9. General

• The programme is non-transferable and no cash alternative to the reward is available.
• By participating, both parties agree to allow John Clark BYD to process their details for the purpose of administering the referral.
• John Clark BYD reserves the right to refuse or cancel referrals where fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms is suspected.
