Ticket Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is run by BYD UK in conjunction with participating BYD dealerships across the United Kingdom.

2. Promotion Period
The promotion is valid from 1 May 2026 to 5 May 2026 (inclusive). Entries submitted outside this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
• Only one entry per customer is permitted.
• Employees of BYD UK, participating dealerships, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion may be excluded.

4. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must:

• Book and complete a BYD test drive at a participating dealership during the promotion period.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. The Prize

• Each winner will receive two (2) general admission tickets to the Manchester City vs Crystal Palace football fixture.
• The match is currently scheduled for 8:00pm on Wednesday, 13 May 2026, but may be subject to change by organisers or governing bodies.
• Tickets will be located in the Manchester City supporter section.

6. Ticket Conditions

• Tickets are strictly intended for Manchester City supporters only.
• Any winner or guest identified as supporting Crystal Palace may have their tickets revoked and may be removed from the stadium.
• All ticket usage is subject to the official Manchester City Football Club ticket terms and stadium regulations.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected at random by BYD UK after the promotion closes.
• Winners will be notified via email, and tickets will be distributed electronically.

8. Prize Restrictions

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Travel, accommodation, and any additional expenses are not included, unless explicitly stated by the participating dealership.

9. General Conditions

• BYD UK and participating dealerships reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time where necessary.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, BYD UK reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.

10. Data Protection

• Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and relevant dealership privacy policies.
• Data will be used solely for the administration of this promotion unless otherwise consented to.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By entering this promotion, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
