1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by John Clark Motor Group.
Eligibility to enter
3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age who are existing John Clark Motor Group customers.
4. The prize draw is free.
How to enter
5. The prize draw will include those have purchased or had a motor vehicle serviced by John Clark Motor Group, or purchased vehicle parts and accessories from John Clark Motor Group between 09:00 on 01 October and 18:00 on 31 October 2024. Any purchases after that time/date will not be included in the draw.
6. Whose who make any qualifying purchase will be entered into the the prize draw
7. John Clark Motor Group will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
8. John Clark Motor Group’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.
9. The winners will be drawn at random.
10. The decision of John Clark Motor Group regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
11. John Clark Motor Group will contact the winners after the draw takes place on 04 November 2024.
12. If the winner cannot be contacted and follow instruction to notify John Clark Motor Group as instructed by 06 November 2024 then the number will be entered into a re-draw.
13. Once winners have been in touch with John Clark Motor Group, you consent to any personal information held being used by John Clark
Motor Group for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
14. The winner agrees to the release of their first name.
15. An announcement of the winners first name maybe made via John Clark Motor Group and their dealership network social media channels.
16. John Clark Motor Group may ask you to share a photograph of yourself or other personal information such as your social media handle for marketing purposes. This is by no means necessary and no personal information will be shared without your written consent.
17. All personal information shall be used in accordance with John Clark Motor Group’s Privacy Notice.
Prizes
18. The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
19. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
20. Certain prizes will only be redeemable on fixed dates. Winners will be notified upon being contacted by the John Clark Motor Group prize draw administrator.
Limitation of Liability
21. John Clark Motor Group does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that John Clark Motor Group does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
22. John Clark Motor Group reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
23. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Scottish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
