Kirsty set the standard early with a strong opening run, posting a score of 93.66 despite challenging conditions and a 24-hour weather delay. Her score remained unmatched, with the rest of the field unable to close the gap across the remaining runs.
Canada’s Naomi Urness claimed silver, while Switzerland’s Mathilde Grimaud completed the podium in third. Kirsty went on to add silver in the Big Air event, rounding off a strong showing in Aspen with two podium finishes across the weekend.
This result represents another standout moment in Kirsty’s return to top-level competition following knee and shoulder surgery that kept her out of action for much of 2023. Since coming back, she has continued to build confidence and consistency with every event, and this latest success further strengthens the momentum gained from her slopestyle victory in Tignes last December. Together, these performances underline her resilience, determination, and growing status among Britain’s leading freestyle skiers, as she continues to deliver on the world stage.
Her results in Aspen add valuable momentum as preparations continue for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics.
