We understand that while purchasing your next vehicle online has many advantages you may have a few questions. Therefore, before you progress please see a few frequently asked questions below to give you peace of mind.
We are here to help you with any questions, and you can either speak to us over the phone, email us or use our live chat service.
We use the secured verified payment provider Stripe which utilises encrypted software protecting your card payment details. Stripe handles billions of pounds worth of transactions each and every year and is used by some of your favourite companies including Spotify, Uber, Booking.com and Amazon, so you can rest assured you're in good hands. You can find out more about Stripe by clicking here. We do not store any of your card details.
This online service enables you to reserve a new and used vehicle for £99 or buy in full or apply for finance on a used vehicle.
The steps are as follows:
If you have any queries regarding the above or more questions then please feel free to contact us at the dealership.
If you decide you want to reserve a vehicle online you will be asked to provide some of your personal details, your address and your payment card information. Once you have completed this information and clicked on ‘Submit Payment Now’ your card will be debited immediately with the full reservation fee - £99.
You will then receive an email from us that acknowledges receipt of your payment, however please note that this is not an acceptance of your order as we will need to ensure that the vehicle has not been sold at the dealership while you have completed the online process. Once this has been clarified we will send you an order confirmation email.
The vehicle will be reserved for a total of 48 hours and a member of the sales team will be in touch with you to discuss next steps, such as a test drive. This will normally happen within 2 hours (business working hours) of you submitting the reservation. If during this time we have not been able to contact you to proceed with the sale then the vehicle will be reverted to the status of ‘on sale’ once the 48 hour period is complete.
If you decide you do not wish to progress with the reservation you will need to contact the dealership and request a refund. We will require this in a written form for our records and at this point we will be able to refund your payment, which will normally take between 5 to 10 working days.
You can buy outright, reserve and apply for finance on used vehicles, but at this stage you are only able to reserve a new car.
Please refer to the What can I do online? Question for the details of the process.
Once you have selected the vehicle you wish to purchase, confirmed whether you wish to finance the vehicle or pay in full, you will have a chance to review a final quote. At this point you will be required to submit some of your personal details, address and payment card information. Clicking on ‘Submit Payment Now’ will result in your card being debited the amount that is stated clearly on the Final quote and detailed as ‘Vehicle Price to Pay Today’.
You will then receive an email from us that acknowledges receipt of your payment, however please note that this is not an acceptance of your order as we will need to ensure that the vehicle has not been sold at the dealership while you completed the online process. Once this has been clarified we will send you an order confirmation email.
At this point a contract has been formed between us and the customer. The dealership will discuss next steps with you such as the information that will be required at handover, your part exchange and your delivery/collection dates and preferences.
