The Prize Draw

Enter for your chance to win one of the following exclusive experiences:

• Prize 1: Two places at the Bogenraith Equestrian Ladies Lunch (Aberdeen) on Thursday 2nd July 2026
• Prize 2: One place at the John Clark Motor Group Knockhill Track Day using your own vehicle on Wednesday 22nd July 2026
• Prize 3: One place on the Voly Grampian Forest Rally (Aberdeen) High-Speed Passenger Ride in a top-flight rally car on Thursday 6 August 2026

Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.
• Employees of John Clark Motor Group and their immediate family members may be excluded from entry.
• Entries must be received before the advertised closing date.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
• The draw will take place on Wednesday 10th June 2026
• There will be four winners for the tickets to the Bogenraith Equestrian ladies lunch
• There will be two individual winners for the Voly Grampian Forest Rally High-Speed Passenger Ride
• There will be twenty individual winners for the John Clark Motor Group Knockhill Track Day using your own vehicle
• The Promoter's decision is final.

Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted directly using the details provided on their entry form.
• If a winner does not respond within five (5) working days of being contacted, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, John Clark Motor Group reserves the right to select an alternative winner through a further random draw.
• Only winners will be contacted. If you do not hear from us, your entry has not been successful.

Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted by the named winner.
• Prizes may not be sold, gifted, assigned, exchanged, or transferred to another person.
• No cash alternative is available.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for money, credit, alternative products, services, or experiences.
• John Clark Motor Group reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require it.

Event-Specific Terms

• Each prize is subject to its own event-specific terms and conditions, participation requirements, and health and safety regulations.
• Full details will be provided directly to the winners before the event.
• Winners must comply with all requirements set by the event organisers and venues.

Travel, Accommodation and Additional Costs

• The prizes include only the experiences described and do not include travel, accommodation, meals, refreshments, parking, insurance, fuel, or any other incidental expenses unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Winners are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, accommodation, and any associated costs required to attend or participate in the relevant event.
• John Clark Motor Group accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred by winners in connection with claiming or participating in a prize.
• Winners are responsible for ensuring they arrive at the event location on time and comply with any instructions provided by the event organisers.
• No compensation will be offered if a winner is unable to attend an event for any reason.

By entering this prize draw, you agree that John Clark Motor Group may process the personal information you provide for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting winners. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and will not be used for purposes unrelated to the administration of this competition without your consent.

General

John Clark Motor Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
