Terms & Conditions: Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo VIP Prize Draw

1. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

Employees of John Clark Motor Group, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from entry.

All entries must be received before the advertised closing date to be eligible.

2. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.

The draw will take place on Monday 3rd August.

3. Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted directly using the contact details provided on their entry form by our Events Planner, Sara.

If a winner does not respond within five (5) working days of being notified, declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, John Clark Motor Group reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner through a further random draw.

Only winners will be contacted. If you do not hear from us, your entry has not been successful on this occasion.

4. Prize Conditions

Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted by the named winner.

Prizes may not be sold, gifted, assigned, exchanged, or transferred to any other person.

No cash alternative is available. Prizes cannot be exchanged for money, credit, alternative products, services, or experiences.

John Clark Motor Group reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control require it.

5. Travel, Accommodation, and Additional Costs

The prize includes only the VIP experience as described in the promotional materials. It does not include travel, accommodation, meals, refreshments outside the reception, parking, insurance, fuel, or any other incidental expenses unless expressly stated otherwise.

Winners and their guests are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, accommodation, and any associated costs required to attend the event.

John Clark Motor Group accepts no responsibility for any costs incurred by winners in connection with claiming or participating in a prize.

Winners are responsible for ensuring they arrive at the event location on time and comply with any instructions provided by the event organisers.

No compensation or alternative dates will be offered if a winner or their guest is unable to attend the event for any reason.

6. Data Protection

By entering this prize draw, you agree that John Clark Motor Group may process the personal information provided solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting the winners.

Personal data will be handled securely in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation (UK GDPR / Data Protection Act 2018) and will not be used for unrelated marketing purposes without your express consent.

7. General

John Clark Motor Group reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion or these terms at any time where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
