Join us for an evening of hospitality, drinks and an unforgettable performance against the spectacular backdrop of Edinburgh Castle.

8:00pm – Private John Clark Motor Group Drinks Reception
16 Ramsay Garden, Edinburgh
Please arrive at 16 Ramsay Garden at 8:00pm, where you will be welcomed by a Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo representative.
Your Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo tickets will be issued to you on arrival to Ramsey Gardens.
Following the drinks reception, you will be escorted to your seats in the outdoor arena ahead of the performance.
Performance: 9:30pm
Duration: Approximately 90 minutes
There is no vehicle access to the Edinburgh Castle Esplanade.
The closest vehicle drop-off point is George IV Bridge, approximately 300 metres from the Castle Esplanade.
Please be aware that the route towards Edinburgh Castle includes steep and cobbled sections, so we recommend allowing plenty of time for your journey.
As you approach the event, event stewards will be positioned at the barriers on Castlehill.
Please have your John Clark Motor Group itinerary or event confirmation ready to show the stewards. This will provide access to the VIP Hospitality Access Lane leading towards the Edinburgh Castle Esplanade.

Once you reach the Castle Esplanade, please make your way to 16 Ramsay Garden, located to your right, where you will be welcomed by a Tattoo representative.
The closest bus stop to the venue is on George IV Bridge, approximately 300 metres from the Tattoo Arena. Edinburgh Bus Station is approximately a 15-minute walk from the venue.
Edinburgh Waverley Station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the venue. Please allow additional time for the walk to Edinburgh Castle, as sections of the route are steep and cobbled.
There is no parking available at Edinburgh Castle Esplanade, and vehicle access to the Esplanade is restricted. If you are travelling by car, we recommend planning your parking in advance and allowing plenty of time to walk to the venue.
Edinburgh Trams normally operate between Edinburgh Airport and Newhaven, with a Park & Ride service available at Ingliston.
Dress Code: Smart Casual
Our dress code for the John Clark Motor Group hospitality experience is smart casual.
The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo takes place in an outdoor arena, and Scottish weather can be unpredictable. We recommend checking the weather forecast before travelling and bringing a warm or waterproof jacket suitable for the conditions.
Please be aware that Edinburgh's Old Town includes steep streets, steps and cobbled surfaces, particularly around the Royal Mile and Castlehill.
If you have any accessibility requirements or concerns about your journey to the venue or your seating, please contact us in advance so we can provide guidance and support wherever possible.
Please arrive at 16 Ramsay Garden from 8:00pm to allow plenty of time to check in and enjoy the drinks reception before making your way to the arena.
