20 - 23 June 2024 - British National Road Championships
Team Alba geared up to conquer the British National Road Championships!
The races took place in the picturesque Tees Valley and North Yorkshire for three days, finishing in Saltburn Bank.
The women's course featured a demanding 2,025 meters of climbing with a mix of long drags and punchy hills that pushed the riders to their limits.
Unfortunately, illness within the camp resulted in some non-starters and non-finishes, however the team still showed solid riding throughout!
Daisy chased an early break, then it was all about following the right wheels. The final 50Km saw the race fragment, making things all the more difficult.
Finishing positions:
- Caitlin 31st
- Beth 34th
Stay tuned for monthly updates!
