Thrive Ballater 2023

Thrive Ballater is back for 2023 across the weekend 29^th September-1^st October and Clarkie’s Campers is delighted to be a partner of the event once again.

The weekend will open with a film night hosted in Ballater by the Santa Cruz rep team on Friday 29^th before most activities begin the following morning. This will include guided electric and non-electric mountain bike rides around the stunning area of Ballater which allows you to try out new bikes from top brands. There’s also a selection of excellent local food, attractions, and entertainment for you and your family to enjoy across the weekend.

The money that is generated by Thrive is put directly back into the event and anything over and above that is given to local cycling initiatives which helps to improve the area for riding and encourage others to visit the area.

One of the highlights of the weekend is a raffle which includes prizes such as a full suspension mountain bike worth over £3000, a pair of Santa Cruz Reserve alloy wheels worth over £650, an EVOC backpack worth over £200, and Troy Lee body armour worth over £160. Clarkie’s Campers are also delighted to be able to offer a Volkswagen California Camper for a weekend as a prize in the raffle and look forward to seeing the adventure that it goes on!
