The BYD SHARK is a rugged dual-mode off-road plug-in hybrid pickup that combines powerful performance with advanced electric technology. Designed by BYD Global Design Director Wolfgang Egger, the BYD SHARK takes inspiration from the strength and agility of its ocean namesake. A bold front end features an illuminated SHARK emblem, distinctive LED lighting and a confident, upright stance that immediately stands out on the road.
With an extended 3,260 mm wheelbase and commanding proportions, the SHARK offers exceptional interior space while maintaining a robust pickup profile. Signature rear LED light bars and sculpted bodywork complete a design that's as practical as it is unmistakable.
Powered by BYD's advanced DMO Super Hybrid Off-Road Platform, the SHARK combines a responsive 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine with dual electric motors and Intelligent Electric All-Wheel Drive to deliver 321 kW (436 PS) of combined system power.
