The following terms and conditions apply to Motability Scheme agreements facilitated through Kia and John Clark Motor Group from 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026. These vehicles are offered at a fixed weekly rental amount that remains constant for the full duration of the lease, ensuring that any subsequent annual increases to your mobility allowance are paid directly to you by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) or Veterans UK. To be eligible, customers must be in receipt of a qualifying mobility allowance - such as the Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance (DLA), Personal Independence Payment (PIP), or the War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (WPMS) - with a minimum of 12 months’ award remaining, and must agree to the transfer of all or part of this allowance for the duration of the contract hire or hire purchase agreement.
