John Clark Kia Sale Event Terms & Conditions

Offer Period: The John Clark Kia Sale event offers are valid on qualifying purchases until September 6th, 2026 inclusive. Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to orders placed prior to the event start date.

Up to £1,000 Additional Savings:

• Customers may choose to apply their promotional savings (up to £1,000) either as a price reduction against the purchase of an eligible new or qualifying approved used Kia vehicle, or as an additional allowance added to the final valuation of their part-exchange vehicle.
• Savings amount varies depending on the specific model and vehicle purchased (up to a maximum value of £1,000). The savings options are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined or applied to both price reduction and part-exchange valuation on the same transaction.

Part-Exchange Valuation:

• To qualify for the part-exchange valuation top-up, the trade-in vehicle must be owned and registered in the customer's name (or at the same registered address) for a minimum of 90 days prior to the order date.
• The trade-in vehicle must have a valid MOT (if applicable), be in working condition, and be delivered with all relevant documentation (V5C, service history, and keys).
• All trade-in valuations are subject to physical inspection and appraisal by John Clark Motor Group specialists.

Free Protection Pack:

• The free protection pack is subject to availability and applies to qualifying new and used Kia sales completed during the event period.
• Pack contents may vary by model but typically include tailored floor mats, boot liner, and/or vehicle protection treatments as specified at the time of order. No cash alternative is available.

General Terms:

• Offers are subject to vehicle availability and stock status.
• Offers apply to retail sales only and are non-transferable. Not available in conjunction with any other promotional offer, fleet discount, or trade support unless explicitly stated.
