Completely redesigned and reconfigured, the latest generation of the Land Rover Defender has a distinct and unmistakable silhouette, making it instantly recognisable. Optional third row seating is available for the 110 model and standard in the 130, meanwhile, the 90 has the option of a jump seat in between the front seats. The new range of engines are driven by an eight speed automatic gearbox, four wheel drive, and Mild Hybrid electric power for reduced emissions and improved fuel economy. The D250 and D300 MHEV diesel engines provide excellent levels of torque and responsiveness. 2 MHEV petrol engines come in the form of the P300 and P400 for effortless, refined performance, with the P400 boasting a 0-60mph acceleration time of as little as 6.3 seconds in even the largest Defender, the 130. A plug in hybrid variant, the P400e is powered by a 2.0 litre petrol engine, supplemented by an electric motor for a combined power output of 404PS. For those looking for ultimate performance, where power meets capability, The Defender V8 is the only place to look. Deploying up to 525PS and 625Nm torque, the Defender 90 V8 can reach 60mph in under 5 seconds.
The new Land Rover Defender has been completely modernised with the latest advanced technologies from Land Rover, not just to amplify the driving experience, but also to upgrade key features of the infotainment and assistance systems. The larger 11.4" Pivi Pro touchscreen now comes as standard across the Defender range, along with Keyless Entry, Smartphone Integration for Apple CarPlay & Android Auto and two zone climate control. Currently the Land Rover Defender (L663) is assembled at the Jaguar Land Rover Slovakia factory in Nitra, Slovakia, and has been since 2018.
Your new Land Rover Defender comes with a three-year manufacturing warranty which covers unlimited mileage, provides free warranty repairs, and includes roadside assistance. You will also have the option to purchase an extended warranty if you intend to keep your Defender for more than three years.
