Things to Consider When Buying a Renault Koleos

This is not a car that is going to tear it up on the motorways. It cruises nicely on smooth roads, but its larger frame means its suspension has to work very hard on rougher roads. However, these cars do work better on rough terrain than some predecessors, especially the four-wheel drives that offer better stability in rough weather too.

The streamlined appearance is mostly aesthetic, but it cleverly hides how much interior space this car offers. Having that little bit of extra leg and elbow room goes a long way, and this Renault doesn't sacrifice boot space with an average space of 458-litres, and that increases to a robust 1,690-litres when you put the back seats down. It works well as a business-use car, especially if you are loading bulky items. The fuel economy suffers quite a bit when it is heavily loaded, but the balanced build means you suffer very little loss of manoeuvrability when compared to its predecessors, plus there are loading limit warnings that tell you if you have overloaded your car.
