We are proud to announce the opening of our brand-new, multi-million-pound Volvo showroom in Edinburgh.
Our new purpose-built showroom, on Lonehead Drive, opened its doors to customers in February, having relocated from our previous site on Glasgow Road. Our new multi-million-pound showroom features Volvo’s signature lounge area, complete with luxurious Scandinavian furniture, where customers can relax, enjoying Swedish cakes while their car is looked after, or can work while they wait thanks to the free Wi-Fi.
The attention to detail includes an interior viewing window that allows customers to see all activity in the new workshops from – what feels like – the comfort of their own living room.
Helping combat the climate emergency and ahead of Volvo’s commitment to become a fully electric car maker by 2030, the retailer’s new home also features eight electric charging points, for Volvo’s growing range of electric vehicles.
The showroom displays the latest range of stunning Volvo cars, including the pure electric C40, the XC40 recharge, along with plug-in hybrids, as well as a wide range of Volvo Selekt Approved Used models.
We are now delighted to offer a streamlined service to car owners which halves waiting times. The Volvo Personal Service (VPS) sees the same technician liaising with the customer from the point of booking, right through to explaining the services – which they themselves have carried out. Two technicians work together on each car, reducing the time it takes for the service to be fulfilled.
