John Clark Energy & Order Discount Terms & Conditions

1. The Offer and Commercial Intent

These terms and conditions define the promotional cooperation between Andersen EV PLC ("the Provider") and John Clark (Aberdeen) Limited ("the Partner" or "JCMG"). This promotion is designed to provide qualifying customers with a combined financial incentive to assist with the purchase and running costs of a new home charging station.

• Total Benefit:
  Qualifying customers will receive a total promotional credit of £250.00 inc. VAT.
• Funding:
  This promotion is funded solely by John Clark (Aberdeen) Limited.
• Application:
  The total value is applied directly to the charge point order, appearing as the "John Clark Energy & Order Discount".

2. Promotional Structure

The total incentive is comprised of two financial components applied at the point of purchase:

£50.00 inc. VAT Standard Order Discount.

£200.00 inc. VAT Energy Credit Discount.

Total Partner Funding: £250.00 inc. VAT.

Total shown as a one-line discount "John Clark Energy & Order Discount" on the charge point order.

3. Eligibility and Scope

• Eligible Products:
  This promotion applies to the purchase of any and all current Andersen Charge Point models available within the Provider’s product catalogue.
• Qualifying Purchase:

Referral Path: This offer is strictly available to customers referred by an authorised John Clark (Aberdeen) Limited retailer.

The Dedicated Portal: To qualify, customer details must strictly be submitted by the retailer via the Dedicated Portal. Orders placed directly through the standard Andersen EV website, or any other channel not originating from the Dedicated Portal, are not eligible for this promotion.

• Promotion Period:
  The offer is valid for purchases made between 00:01 on 20 May 2026 and 23:59 on 30 September 2026.
• Redemption Limits:
  The promotion is strictly limited to one (1) redemption per Qualifying Customer. Multiple orders for the same installation address or customer will not qualify for additional discounts.

4. Illustrative Benchmarks and Disclaimers

The value of the Energy Credit Discount is a fixed-sum incentive. These benchmarks include:

• Average Annual Mileage: 8,740 miles.
• Vehicle Efficiency: 0.303 kWh per mile.
  Benchmark Rate: £0.075p/kWh (based on the Intelligent Octopus Go smart tariff as of 01/03/2026).
  Calculation: 8,740 miles ÷ (1 / 0.303 kWh) × £0.075 = £193.62 (provided as a £200.00 credit).
  Important Note: The Provider does not 'guarantee' free electricity. The discount is a one-time financial contribution toward the customer's transition to electric driving

Substantiation Rate: The £200.00 Energy Credit is calculated based on a benchmark energy rate of £0.075p/kWh (referencing the Intelligent Octopus Go smart tariff as of 01/03/2026), which equates to approximately £193.62 for the average annual mileage stated above. * Important Regulatory Note: This is a fixed financial contribution and not a guarantee of electricity volume. Actual mileage and energy costs will vary based on your specific vehicle efficiency, driving habits, and domestic energy tariff.

5. Data Protection

• Independent Controllers:
  Both Andersen EV and JCMG operate as independent Controllers of personal data under UK GDPR.
• Lawful Basis for Referral:
  By participating in this promotion, the customer warrants that they have provided the authorised John Clark (Aberdeen) Limited retailer with the necessary express consent to share their personal details via the Dedicated Portal.
• Purpose of Processing:
  This data sharing is strictly for the purposes of facilitating the purchase, coordinating the installation of the charge point, and allowing the Provider to fulfil necessary contact requirements.
