If your claim is accepted, you will be contacted to schedule your vehicle repairs and arrange a replacement vehicle.

The team of skilled technicians will carry out any repairs and arrange the collection of your vehicle from the bodyshop once complete.
John Clark Assist can arrange an equivalent replacement vehicle for you to use while your own car is being repaired, or if it is confirmed as unroadworthy (subject to terms and conditions)*. This helps keep you mobile and minimise disruption to your day-to-day routine.
