It is important you know you have a right to decide who repairs your vehicle. While the insurer may have a preference, you are not obligated to proceed with their recommendation. Therefore, we would be happy to provide you with an estimate and if you do decide to use our services you can be guaranteed that your car will be repaired to the highest standards. Furthermore, if your vehicle is one of the below brands you will have added peace of mind that it has been repaired to the manufacturer standards as we are an approved bodyshop for those detailed below.
We will thoroughly inspect your vehicle to understand what work is required to return it to its original state both cosmetically and mechanically. The estimate will be itemised, and we will include imagery and videos to help explain the repairs required. Once we have provided the estimate to you and your insurer, and the work is authorised, we will proceed as swiftly as we can.
Once the team have repaired the vehicle, we will go about painting it to make it look as good as new. We have 7 paint spray booths that meet our approved manufacturer partner standards and 9 manufacturer trained paint technicians, so your vehicle will be painted with anti-corrosive paint that will also meet environmentally friendly requirements.
The team will then give your vehicle a thorough clean externally and internally before being handed back to you.
In addition to the above, we have both the equipment and trained team members to offer aluminium vehicle repair as many manufacturers are now using aluminium to build their cars for environmental and safety benefits. We will be happy to discuss this with you further so please do not hesitate to contact us.
In order to keep you on the road we will be able to offer you a courtesy car that is less than 1 year old and we stock a mixture of automatic and manual cars. We tend to have VW models, on our fleet but would be happy to put you in contact with alternative rental companies to upgrade the vehicle.
