Whether it’s a flat battery, puncture, or unexpected breakdown, you can rely on fast, professional assistance to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
Whether you’ve experienced a flat tyre, misplaced your keys, or your vehicle simply won’t start, our dedicated roadside assistance team is ready to help, wherever you are in the UK.
If the issue cannot be resolved at the roadside, Changan will arrange for your vehicle to be recovered and transported to the nearest authorised Changan dealer. There, our trained technicians will carry out any necessary inspections and repairs to the highest manufacturer standards, ensuring your vehicle is in safe and reliable condition.
To help minimise disruption to your plans, we also offer onward travel support wherever possible, helping you continue your journey with as little delay as possible.

We act in our own interest, whichever lender we introduce you to, we will typically receive commission from them based on either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow. Any and all commission amounts will be fully disclosed to you as part of your sales journey. You will be required to give your fully informed consent to our receipt of this commission. By doing this, you acknowledge that you understand our role as a credit broker, and that we will receive a financial incentive if you take out a loan from a lender that we introduce you to.
