TYour Changan vehicle is equipped with Over-the-Air (OTA) software update capability, allowing you to seamlessly install the latest improvements and feature enhancements remotely. There’s no need to visit a workshop, updates can be completed conveniently through your vehicle’s connected system.

These regular updates help ensure your vehicle continues to perform at its best, delivering ongoing enhancements to functionality, efficiency, and overall driving experience.

How to complete software updates Over The Air

1. Changan Automobile will push software updates to your vehicle, ready to be installed.
2. When in the vehicle, the central control display will ask you to confirm you are happy for the installation to be completed.
3. You may choose to install right away, schedule a preferred time to begin installation or have the vehicle remind you next time you use it.
4. On proceeding now, the software update is installed directly to your vehicle, providing an estimated time to complete.
5. The central control display will inform you when the software update is completed.
6. If you choose to schedule the installation, you can select a more convenient time for this to be completed. You will need to ensure your vehicle is locked and not on charge at the time of the scheduled installation.

During the update installation, the vehicle needs to be in park, not on charge and cannot be driven. The time to install will depend on network coverage.
