Pentland "Three for Free" Event – Terms & Conditions

1. General Event Overview

Event Title: Pentland "Three for Free" Event.

Offer Overview: Complimentary 3-Year Land Rover Service Plan and Finance Renewal Support up to £3,000 on qualifying vehicle purchases.

Order Period: Valid on new qualifying Land Rover vehicles ordered between 20th October 2026 and 30th October 2026 (inclusive).

Registration Deadline: Vehicles must be registered by 31st December 2026.

2. Complimentary 3-Year Land Rover Service Plan

Coverage: The Service Plan covers manufacturer-scheduled servicing for a duration of three (3) years from the date of first vehicle registration or up to a maximum mileage of 10,000 miles per year

Consultation: The exact details of the Service Plan - including the specific package type, duration of coverage, and detailed inclusions - will be fully disclosed and discussed during your sales appointment.

Vehicle Specifications & Modifications:

The Service Plan is designed specifically for vehicles built to Land Rover’s original manufacturer specification.

If the vehicle has been modified with any non-manufacturer-supplied parts, non-approved aftermarket tuning, or performance enhancements, Land Rover reserves the right to decline any service claim arising from the fitment or failure of such modified parts.

Cosmetic Modifications: Minor cosmetic modifications are acceptable, provided they conform strictly to identical sizes and specifications as Land Rover’s official equivalents. Please note that you may need to declare any changes to your motor insurer.

3. Finance Renewal Support & Finance Terms

JLRFS Renewal Support is available to eligible customers who take out a new JLR Financial Services finance agreement on a qualifying vehicle.

To qualify, customers must have an existing JLRFS finance agreement, or have previously held a JLRFS agreement which was settled or naturally matured during 2026. The customer name must match on both the previous and new finance agreements.

Previous finance agreements can be on any JLR model and any eligible JLRFS finance type, including Contract Hire. Non-JLR-branded Black Horse agreements do not qualify.

Customers who have already used a previous JLRFS agreement to claim a Renewal Support cannot use the same agreement for another claim.

The Renewal Support must be passed on to the qualifying customer and will be shown as a separate discount on the sales invoice.

The JLRFS Renewal Support is subject to eligibility checks and submission of the required claim information within the relevant deadlines. Claims may be audited, and supporting documentation may be requested.

All offers are subject to eligibility, availability and the full programme terms and conditions. Offers cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash and may be amended or withdrawn without notice.

Finance Support: Finance renewal support is provided in the form of a Finance Deposit Allowance (FDA) available exclusively in conjunction with a Jaguar Land Rover Financial Services (JLR FS) finance agreement.

Eligibility: All finance agreements are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Available to UK residents aged 18 or over. Offer valid for credit agreements submitted between 20th October 2026 and 30th October 2026. All finance is subject to credit approval and status.

End-of-Term Options: At the end of your Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) finance agreement, you have three options:

Return the Vehicle: Hand the vehicle back with nothing further to pay, provided it is in good condition (meeting Fair Wear and Tear guidelines) and within the agreed maximum mileage limits.

Retain the Vehicle: Pay the Optional Final Payment (balloon payment) plus any option-to-purchase fee to acquire full ownership.

Part-Exchange: Trade in the vehicle for a new model; any equity above the settlement figure can be applied toward the deposit for your new agreement.

Excess Mileage Charges: Exceeding the maximum agreed contract mileage will incur excess mileage fees:

14p + VAT per mile for standard excess mileage.

28p + VAT per mile for any excess mileage exceeding the agreed limit by 6,000 miles or more.
