MG HS Plug in Hybrid Design
A new grille and front bumper design give the MG HS Plug in Hybrid a sharper and more aggressive appearance than the previous model. Revised dual exhaust tips, LED tail lights and a refreshed rear bumper are found at the rear, while both model trims come with LED Daytime Running Lights, Silver Roof Rails and 18" Diamond Cut Alloy Wheels, completing the contemporary styling updates. 6 colours are available for the HS Plug in Hybrid, from Holborn Blue, White Pearl and Black Pearl, to Urban Grey, Cosmic Silver and Dynamic Red.
MG HS Plug in Hybrid Performance
The Plug in Hybrid system uses both the 1.5T-GDI engine alongside an electric motor to produce a combined output of up to 258PS and a maximum torque of 370Nm. This results in a 0-60mph acceleration time of 6.9 seconds and a top speed of 118mph. Brake control is included to help you slow down just as quickly when necessary. The combined driving range in electric mode only is 32 miles, reaching up to 44 miles in the city. Charging from 0-100% using a 7kW charger can be achieved in around 4 and a half hours.

The modern and luxurious cabin of the MG HS Plug in Hybrid is constructed from quality materials for all round comfort on every journey. The heated front seats are finished in leather style upholstery, and the front centre sliding armrest conceals plenty additional storage space. The drivers seat is 6 way electrically adjustable, and the front passenger manually adjustable in 4 ways. Split fold rear seats mean that the 448 litre stowage space can be increased to offer up to an impressive 1,375 litres of boot space.

Two models are available for the New MG HS SUV, The MG HS SE and MG HS Trophy. The MG HS SE comes with a generous standard equipment which includes keyless entry, satellite navigation, a 360°parking camera, along with the 10.1" colour display infotainment system, where Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Bluetooth are all operated from. Upgrading to the MG HS Trophy sees technology upgrades such as dual zone climate control, switchable ambient lighting and a 6 speaker 3D audio system added, while metal sports pedals and sports style front seats are added.

MG Pilot Suite comes standard on the MG HS, offering a wide range of driver assistance systems for road safety. This includes functions such as Active Emergency Braking, Lane Keep Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Alert and Blind Spot Detection. Traffic Jam Assist and Adaptive Cruise Control come with the automatic version of The MG HS only. DAB Radio and Bluetooth are included on each model, displayed and operated by the 10.1" colour display, which also displays the standard fit reversing camera.
