WHAT TO EXPECT.
When you bring your MINI to one of our Service Centres, it’ll go through an electronic visual health check (EVHC). Our trained technicians will complete a thorough inspection to make sure key components are running as they should be. Once they’ve completed the health check, they’ll provide an overview and should anything need addressing this will be highlighted by your Service Advisor. Which means less time off the road, and more time enjoying your MINI.

eVHC Step by Step

Your MINI-trained technician carries out a comprehensive health check of your vehicle.
Key safety, maintenance and wear-and-tear items are carefully inspected.
We will email you a link to view your Vehicle Health Check and any recommended work.
Your Service Advisor will discuss any findings and answer any questions you may have.

This allows you to review the condition of your MINI and make informed decisions about any recommended maintenance or repairs.

Health Check Results

Each area inspected is classified using a simple traffic-light system:

Green – No action required.
Amber – May require attention now or in the future.
Red – Requires immediate attention.

The report provides a clear overview of your MINI's condition, helping you understand which items may need attention and how urgently they should be addressed. This transparent approach gives you complete confidence when approving any recommended work.
