The Q6 e-tron is Audi's first production model to use the Premium Platform Electric, marking a significant step in the company's transition to premium electric mobility. The Audi Q6 e-tron series includes the Q6 e-tron quattro and the high-performance SQ6 e-tron, available for order in March 2024, with deliveries starting in the third quarter of 2024. It features a newly developed lithium-ion battery with a gross capacity of 100 kWh, providing a range of up to 388 miles. Supporting 800-volt charging technology with a maximum capacity of 270 kW, it enables rapid charging: up to 158 miles in just 10 minutes. Moreover, the Q6 e-tron quattro accelerates from 0-62 mph in 5.9 seconds, while the SQ6 e-tron achieves this in only 4.3 seconds. Top speeds are 130 mph and 142 mph, respectively.
The Q6 e-tron boasts a bold, sporty design with a closed single-frame grille, sleek digital daytime running lights, and a dynamic rear that emphasises elegance and power. Its user-focused interior comprises high-quality materials, some of which are recycled.
Features include an Audi MMI panoramic display, MMI passenger screen and an augmented reality head-up display, creating a digital platform that enhances the on-road experience. With a wheelbase of 2.90 metres, this SUV offers ample space for five passengers while a 256-litre boot grows to 1,529 litres with rear seats folded.
The Q6 e-tron introduces the world’s first active digital light signature with second-generation digital OLED rear lights, creating dynamic and adaptive illumination effects. Its E3 1.2 electronic architecture offers a high-performance, future-proof framework, ensuring seamless integration of infotainment, driving functions and semi-automated driving capabilities. Using Android Automotive OS, it offers over-the-air updates and access to a wide range of apps. A Bang & Olufsen premium sound system enhances the audio experience with 20 speakers and 830 watts of power.
