The new Volkswagen Amarok is characterised by its new front end with bold horizontal upper radiator grille crossbars, chrome styling bar, and new C-shaped rear lights. The new model also comes from the creation of a reliable commercial vehicle partnership between Volkswagen and Ford meaning that the new Amarok and the Ford Ranger are built in the same factory and are closely connected. However, the only shared parts on the exterior are the roof panel, the door handles, and the door mirrors casings which means that they are both still very much their own distinct models.
Driver assist systems include lane assist, electronic stability control, automatic post-collision braking system, autonomous emergency braking front assist with pedestrian and cyclist monitoring, hill start assist, tyre pressure monitoring, Park Distance Control the front parking sensors and rear parking sensors with manoeuvre braking, a rear view camera system, and dynamic road sign display.
The VW Amarok offers you four trim levels: Amarok Life trim, Amarok Style trim, Amarok PanAmericana trim, and Amarok Aventura trim. There are also three different diesel engines. Choose from a 2.0 litre six speed manual gearbox or 10 speed automatic gearbox or the 3.0 litre V6 with 10 speed automatic gearbox, all with incredible off-road capability.
The 5+ Promise gives you extra peace of mind with your new VW Amarok and this enhanced plan offers five services, a five year warranty cover across the UK and Europe, and five years' roadside assistance. The services cover three oil change services, two oil change and inspection services, and three MOTs whilst the warranty is extended from three years and up to 200,000km/124,000 miles and the roadside assistance is also extended from three years.
