The Jaguar F-Pace is a practical, mid-sized SUV that had a bold presence on the road. First hitting UK roads in May 2016, the F-Pace offered a strong contender in an already saturated class of vehicles.
It also received an update in 2021 with a major update to the interior and small exterior tweaks. Along with new hybrid and PHEV options available.
There are many reasons to upgrade your driving experience with this luxury SUV. From its robust, visually dynamic exterior designed to meet any challenge, you face to the swankie cabin that is packed with the latest innovative technology.
All F-Paces feature a 8.0-inch touchscreen display that can be upgraded to the InControl Pro system if you’d prefer a larger display at 10.2 inches. This upgrade also brings an enhanced sat-nav system.
You’ll also find this car to be very fun to drive. At least in part, this is thanks to its incredibly responsive handling that makes it more agile than you would expect. This gives it a likeness to the smaller E-Pace and I-Pace models in this regard.
As you would expect in a car of this size the F-Pace also boasts ample open space and storage solutions. No matter if you are looking to pack up for a long weekend away or deal with large shopping trips, storage space is not going to be an issue here.
This SUV is also a great option for those looking for a practical family car. This is not only because of the incredible storage it offers. When testing the F-Pace the Euro NCAP gave the F-Pace the full five-star rating. It scored incredibly well across all categories. Particularly so for adult and child safety scoring 93 and 85% respectively. Without a doubt, this will be a key factor in anyone looking for a family vehicle.
To meet a broad range of needs the F-Pace is offered in a broad range of engines and well thought out selection of trims.
The engines range from four-cylinder diesel with 178 or 237bhp all the way up to a fire breathing 542bhp 5.0 litre V8 petrol that is in the F-Pace SVR.
Next up is the trims. There are four to choose from that have been split into luxury and sport models.
In the luxury category we have Prestige at the entry level. It features 18 inch alloy wheels, luxurious leather upholstery, a powered tailgate, satin chrome roof rails, and ambient interior lighting. Not bad at all for the base model.
The other luxury model is the Portfolio; this trim enhances the wheels to 19 inch alloys and brings in a panoramic roof, xenon headlights, keyless entry, a rear view camera, 380W Meridian sound system.
Then we have the sport models. First up in that category is the R Sport. The main features of this model are 19 inch alloy wheels, a sportier body kit, satin black exterior, gloss black roof rails, Xenon headlights, sports seats, and satin chrome paddle shifters.
At the top of the range there is the S Model. Only available with a 3.0-litre V6 engine this machine is reserved for the most adventurous out there. To stand out on the road it is fitted with 20-inch alloy wheels, adaptive suspension, red brake calipers, heated front seats, washer jets, a rear view camera, a 380W Meridian sound system, and has keyless entry.
With all of these options available there is truly an option for everyone. No matter if your looking to tear up the road or have a reliable family car, the Jaguar F Pace is a great option to pick up on the used Jaguar market.
