Quotes supplied must be from any VAT registered garage with a UK Standard Industrial Classification (UK SIC) of 45200, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles and within a 5 mile driving distance from the participating Volkswagen Authorised Repairer's premises.
Quotes must be produced in writing (emailed or printed) using only Volkswagen Genuine Parts. Part numbers and oil specifications must be detailed (Oils and lubricants must meet or exceed the manufacturers specification for your vehicle).
Like for like content of quote must be for exactly comparable work - we reserve the right to verify this. We will only price match genuine quotations that are available to any member of the public at the garage's advertised rates and are free from any special offers or negotiated discount. Servicing or repair must be in accordance with manufacturers guidelines. Tyre quotes (to include VAT) must be fully fitted, including: valves, balancing and disposal charges. Tyres must be of identical specification - size, brand, pattern, load, speed rating and manufacturers markings. Quotes must be presented to the participating Volkswagen Authorised repairer within 30 days of the original quote being issued and before any work is undertaken. Quotes from internet retailers are excluded. Offer is for retail customers only. Excludes Fleet servicing, maintenance and repairs. Volkswagen Accessories and Merchandise and Bodyshop work.
