These terms and conditions define the promotional offer provided by Andersen EV PLC ("the Provider"). This promotion is designed to provide qualifying customers with a direct financial discount on the purchase of a new home charging station.

• Total Benefit: Qualifying customers will receive a total promotional credit of £100.00 inc. VAT.
• Funding: This promotion is funded solely by Andersen EV PLC.
• Application: The discount is applied directly to the charge point order.

2. Promotional Structure

The total incentive is applied at the point of purchase as follows:

• Standard Order Discount: £100.00 inc. VAT.
• Total Provider Funding: £100.00 inc. VAT.
• Shown as a single line item discount on the charge point order.

3. Eligibility and Scope

• Eligible Products: This promotion applies to the purchase of any and all current Andersen Charge Point models available within the Provider’s product catalogue.
• Qualifying Purchase:
  • Referral Path: This offer is strictly available to customers referred by an authorised retailer.
  • The Dedicated Portal: To qualify, customer details must strictly be submitted via the Dedicated Portal. Orders placed directly through standard retail channels or non-qualifying portals are not eligible.
• Promotion Period: The offer is valid for purchases made between 00:01 on 1 October 2026 and 23:59 on 31 December 2026.
• Redemption Limits: The promotion is strictly limited to one (1) redemption per Qualifying Customer. Multiple orders for the same installation address or customer will not qualify for additional discounts.

4. Data Protection

• Independent Controllers: Andersen EV and referring partners operate as independent Controllers of personal data under UK GDPR.
• Lawful Basis for Referral: By participating in this promotion, the customer warrants that they have provided the referring retailer with the necessary express consent to share their personal details via the Dedicated Portal.
• Purpose of Processing: This data sharing is strictly for the purposes of facilitating the purchase, coordinating the installation of the charge point, and allowing the Provider to fulfil necessary contact requirements.
