Volkswagen is redefining the performance of electric mobility with the new all-electric ID.7. The all electric saloon combines high range values, fast charging, ample space, and intuitive operation in this new premium standard in electric cars from Volkswagen.
It moves to take on competitors such as the Tesla Model 3, BMW i4, Hyundai IONIQ 6, and the Porsche Taycan but with foundation of the Volkswagen ID family to set it apart.
The Volkswagen ID.7 combines sleek fastback styling with aerodynamic efficiency. Its flowing roofline and sculpted bodywork create a premium, streamlined appearance while helping improve efficiency.
The ID.7 Pro Match Plus and Pro S Match Plus feature 19-inch 'Hudson' alloy wheels, while the GTX Plus adds 20-inch 'Skagen' black diamond-turned alloys and sporty body-coloured bumpers.
IQ.LIGHT LED matrix headlights with automatic headlight control add advanced illumination and a distinctive light signature, complemented by modern rear lighting. Overall, the ID.7’s exterior balances contemporary design, performance and efficiency.
The Volkswagen ID.7 offers a spacious, premium interior with room for up to five passengers and a range of recycled materials. Comfort features include ArtVelours microfleece seats, massage and heating functions, power adjustment and three-zone climate control.
A 15-inch infotainment display with voice control provides easy access to navigation and entertainment, while the digital driver display and augmented-reality head-up display keep essential information in view.
With 532 litres of luggage space and up to 1,586 litres with the rear seats folded, the ID.7 combines passenger comfort with impressive practicality.
The Volkswagen ID.7 combines strong performance with impressive electric range. The 77kWh Pro Match Plus delivers up to 380 miles of WLTP range, with 286PS and 0–62mph acceleration in around 6.6 seconds. The larger 86kWh battery increases range to up to 434 miles in the Pro S Match Plus, while the 340PS GTX Plus offers 364 miles.
Charging is designed for convenience, with the ID.7 supporting rapid DC charging for quicker top-ups on longer journeys. Its efficient powertrain also delivers consumption figures as low as 13.7kWh/62 miles on the Pro S Match Plus. Combined with regenerative braking, the ID.7 offers smooth, responsive and efficient electric driving.
