3 Years FREE Warranty and Roadside Assistance Applies
Your vehicle is covered by a warranty package with unlimited mileage during the first 24 months, followed by a further one year limited to 60,000 miles. (For Renault Vans, Zoe and Koleos, the third year is limited to a total mileage of 100,000 miles).
Your Renault Dealer or Renault Z.E. Dealer is able to repair or replace without charge, parts that are found to have a material or assembly defect that is recognised by Renault. The paintwork warranty runs for 3 years and the anti-corrosion warranty for 12 years. For TWIZY, the paintwork warranty runs for 2 years and anti-corrosion warranty for 6 years.

Should you need it, we’ll provide emergency roadside repairs or tow you to the nearest Renault Dealer or Renault Z.E. Dealer.
This service is available 24 hours a day and is provided for 36 months from the date of first registration (or the duration of the battery lease). Assistance is provided within the UK & Northern Ireland only at roadside, home and includes national recovery and onward travel. Renault Assistance applies to mechanical or electrical defects which are covered by warranty.

Renault EasyLife Pack payment process (as applicable): The cost of the operations is always covered by the country where the work is carried out except for the following countries:
BOSNIA HERZEGOVINA - CYPRUS - ESTONIA - IRELAND - ICELAND - LATVIA - LITHUANIA - MACEDONIA - MALTA - SERBIA MONTENEGRO.
In these countries, the cost will be handled by the country who sold the EasyLife Pack. Consequently, the customer will have to pay for the operations eligible under the EasyLife Pack and contact Renault UK Customer Management team to arrange reimbursement. Valid receipt of expenditure is required for full reimbursement.
TRANSFERABILITY: The EasyLife Pack is not transferable to another vehicle but should the vehicle be sold whilst the EasyLife Pack is still active, the remaining cover transfers to the new owner.
CANCELLATIONS: Provided that you have not used any aspect of the EasyLife Pack, you have 14 days from the date of the EasyLife Pack purchase to request a refund. If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel, please email info@renault-aftersales.co.uk
