• ​STEP 1 > ​Phone confirmation - With the Audi Difference before you visit our dealership, we will call you and confirm the work and any special requirements you may have
• STEP 2 > Courtesy Car - If your vehicle needs work, an Audi courtsey car is provided whilst your car is with us. Or if its more convenient we can collect and deliver your car when its ready.
• STEP 3 > All-inclusive quote - An accurate quote, with no hidden costs (We include a Service Price Match so you won't pay a penny more if Audi Genuine Parts are used)

For your Audi

At Audi we invest over 70,000 hours of technical training to ensure all our technicians have the most advanced skills. With this training, we can look at your cars mileage and condition and predict future maintenance and service dates, contacting you as soon as they are due! If you have an issue that is not covered by warranty we can carry out a Diagnostic Report for a fixed fee agreed beforehand.

• STEP 1 > Health Check - your Audi will receive a free health check, if an issue arises we will only complete work with you authorisation.
• STEP 2 > Genuine Parts - Only genuine parts and accessories are used in our body shops which come with 2 years warranty.
• STEP 3 > Wash and Vacuum - don't worry, its complimentary!
