ŠKODA has revealed its first ever EV, the ŠKODA CITIGIO e iV set to have long range, short charging time and be affordable. As the first ŠKODA model to run, solely on electric power, the new model offers customers a superior and dynamic driving experience, sustainability and connectivity at their fingertips. Perfectly equipped for the city streets the ŠKODA CITIGOe iV emits zero emissions, a range of 265 km and charging speed of just 1 hour for 80% battery.
The exterior of the new ŠKODA CITIGOe iV creatively expresses the brands exciting new sustainable strategy but remains similar to its predecessor. The typical ŠKODA radiator grille for the first time is body coloured and redesigned to give the face a modern and sophisticated look. Standard features on the EV include LED daytime running lights and fog lights, 14 inch Indus steel wheels and indicators now on the wing mirrors. Amp up the individuality with a choice of four stunning standard colours, including Kiwi Green exclusive to the ŠKODA CITIGO or three metallic choices. At the back, discover a new era of the ŠKODA badge with the ŠKODA name replacing the traditional SKODA arrow.
Featuring renewed design detail, the all-new interior of the EV boasts high-quality fabrics and chrome décor. Standard features include electric front windows, Climatronic, remote central locking, the Swing II radio and the Move&Fun smartphone docking station on the dashboard. In addition, the interior comes with a host of features which help stimulate comfort and safety.
The battery is powered by a 60 Ah lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 36.8 kWh. When power runs out, expect to recharge the new ŠKODA CITIGOe iV in just 1 hour using a 40Kw DC fast charger or 4 hours using a 7.2 kW wall box charger. Accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in an impressive 7.6 seconds and reach a maximum torque of 210 Nm.
